Hi Buck, I sincerely wish that I have saved you time, but I am afraid not :-(. The problem is in the HOST version, not the client version (ie when upgrading a V4R5M0 box to V5R1M0). And a one time delete of the user spaces clears up the problem permanently. In addition, the only functionality in CODE affected is the compile completion message and the events file download. Running with 1 PC using WDT V5R1M0 and 1 PC using WDSC V4.0 concurrently should not cause a problem for CODE (as a matter of fact this is my current set up). I think you have just solved a mystery, Violaine! I am running a long WebFacing conversion (it takes a week) on a W2K box with WDSc V4 signed on as me. I am also running Code on a Win98 box with V5R1 signed on as me. Inexplicably, my WebFacing conversion went BOOM, and could not for the life of me guess what had happened. I believe the userspace difference is the culprit, but I am NOT going to fire up a Code session just to see if it wipes out my WebFacing session. Sorry. I don't have the weeks to waste... Thanks for your insight! You may have saved me a month's worth of work! --buck ___________
