I 'm sorry that I forgot about this after I have been waiting for the
other's help for a while as well.

My advice for all those who still have unresolved problems in 'help' after
sorting through the 'readme/installation notes' is to call the 'IBM
Support' and open a PMR (Problem Report) with them. By formally registering
a problem, hopefully it will be given more focused attention by the
appropriate team.
