Do I have to re-install? -- CODE400-L

Okay, I'm appealing to the group once again.

I upgraded my WDT and help doesn't work.  Hak, it seems to me that you and I
tried resolving this once.  I forget.  Nonetheless, I need HELP!
I've already tried the steps found in
ftp://service.software.ibm.com/as400/products/ad/wdt400/helpsys_diag.html to
no avail.

Ahh, pulled up the archives.  Hak, you were going to wait for someone else's
investigation then get back to me.
This was on April 2.  Any news?
