Here is the report extract from our ftp site support. "The server is functioning correctly and the timeout on the server are set very high (600 seconds - i.e. 10 minutes) . That means that if no packet request is received over a 10 minute period, then our server closes the connection. A download is a sequence of packet requests. The server typically handles about 500 concurrent FTP requests. It is working correctly as the system logs show most downloads as completing successfully.
