Chris, You can get at the newsgroups from Google Groups. See the email I posted that had the links in it. If you can't access the newsgroups directly at work, Google provides the work around because it is HTML based version of newsgroups. The VARPG group there is very well supported by IBMers! They usually respond to questions quite quickly unless they are away on vacation or at a conference. What you have found is one of the GREAT features of VARPG. You can 'connect' up to as many servers as you need to access files. -- Scott Johnson Chris Proctor <cproctor@gartspor To: "CODE400-L (E-mail)" <CODE400-L@midrange.com> ts.com> cc: Sent by: Subject: A group like this for VARPG??? code400-l-admin@mi drange.com 02/22/2002 02:03 PM Please respond to code400-l This message is in MIME format. The google list that someone posted has been pretty useless to me so far. VARPG doesn't seem to like me using DDMFs, which makes it kinda' hard if I need to access files from different systems. I changed the program to go directly to the file and that worked, so I'm assuming that it's the DDMF. I also noticed that someone posted some newsgroups.... Unfortunately, I can't access newsgroups from work. Anyway, if anyone has some suggestions as to where I might go for answers I'd appreciate it.
