Have You tried to display the report and create a screen Shot
on Windows ALT-->PRINT SCREEN then open Paint Brush
and paste (or Word then Paste)

Is there a print option to print how the report might look (aka screen
shot)? I would like to show some people a sample report layout and get
approval, but I don't want to have to open up CODE to do it.
