Just define the server and file under Server -> Define AS400 Information... and define the file in your F specs. I agree that it is a pretty cool dev tool! I jump on every opportunity to use VaRPG instead of green screens. Yes, you can use the IFS to host the applications. (But you might want to test it a couple of different ways to see what performs best in your environment.)
