I use the CPO, and highlight the members I want to open and then right-click
and select 'CODE edit'  A confirm window opens which lists all the members I
selected.  Simply click OK.  They'll all open.  You can sort the list in CPO
by date, too.  Sometimes I open them from PDM.  I have a PDM option to do
that.

One item I would like to add to your wish list - the ability for CODE to
remember the Named Marks (edit|name a mark).  Currently you lose that when
you close the file.
