Rob,

On my PC if you were to e-mail me an attachment with an .irp extension and I
opened it, it would open with code edit.  Because irp is registered to open
with code edit.  And if you sent one with dspf as the extension, it would
open with code designer.

If you sent it to me as a link, and I clicked on the link, the file would
open in my browser.
