Email link to cool member

Multi development shop.

Is there a way to email a link to a source member so that it will
automatically come up in browse and/or edit mode in Code/400?

For example I want to send a memo to 'Fred' here.  And in this memo I want
to say, this is the program I want you to open and they can click on it in
the email.

Further example, I have a RPGLE source member called TEST in library ROB in
file QRPGLESRC.  I want to create a link in the email so they can click on
it and it will open up that member in Code.  And perhaps, based on some
parameter, it will use either browse or edit mode.
