Verifier version different from Compiler version for DDS

I hear tell that the verifier version is antique.  For example, using the
LINE keyword in DDS is not supported.  One of our people here reported this
to IBM.  They were instructed to submit a Design Change Request to get IBM
to bring the verifier up to the current release level.  They did, but I
think that it should be a given that the verifier be up to date.
