RNF3751E External procedure on prototype for main procedure is not same asactual external name.

I am running OS/400 V5R1M0.  I am running Websphere Development Tools
V5R1M0.

When I go to verify the following:
     DWLS0001          PR
*ENTRY
     D EncryptedUser                       CONST like(UserEncrpt)
     D EncryptedPwd                        CONST like(PwdEncrypt)
      /COPY ROUTINES/QRPGLESRC,SRVPGMCPY
     DWLS0001          PI
*ENTRY
     D EncryptedUser                       CONST like(UserEncrpt)
     D EncryptedPwd                        CONST like(PwdEncrypt)
      /UNDEFINE DSpec


I get:
RNF3751E External procedure on prototype for main procedure is not same as
actual  external name.

However the compile works fine.

Basically, I am using prototypes instead of *ENTRY PLIST.
