I've been using either Code or Flex or Brief for so long it's hard to
remember what is was like moving to a PC editor. I want to spread the use
of Code here in my shop and am keenly interested in the areas you are
finding the most frustrating.

Please post a few (say 5) of the issues you're having. I can't say that we
have answers to them all: some things I remember getting over are paradigm
changes, i.e. you DON'T want to do that SEU thing with Code. But I would
dearly like to help, because that experience will be invaluable here in my
workplace.
