Assuming that you are using V4R5M0 then you can go to the command shell
(F9) - make sure your server is showing at the prompt (mine says <GROMIT>)
and type ADDLIBLE XXXXXX or RMVLIBLE YYYY or CHGCURLIB ZZZZZ etc.  Do not
try to use EDTLIBL or anything else that wants to display a 5250 screen
unless you are using an STRCODE server.

If your correct server is not showing then go Options -> Servers and pick
the one you want.  You should also be able to add/remove libraries through
the communication properties, but mine has developed an annoying habit of
telling me that the server is active and will only change the LIBL when
restarted.  Why it can't do it on the fly is beyond me but ......
