Mike,

The blowups are much more generic than any particular piece of source.  It is the "Win2K" portion that appears to be the biggest problem. My understanding when last talking to support was that you realized it was a mistake to "Not Support" Windows Millenium Edition, which is what appears to be the operating system of choice on fully 2/3 of the IBM computers being sold today, and that the "Support" would be forthcoming.  Indeed, the Websphere Development Tools are just about uninstallable on a WinME machine, so all blowups get back to that. I don't trust a partial install and would not report a problem based on one.  Instead of that "partial" install, I have resorted to the V3R2M3 version of ADTS, and THIS, on the WinME machine, freezes up unpredictably using Code Editor, DSU, or Project.  Also, the Help utility (NetQuestion) apparently does not install correctly either on this machine or on a Win98 machine.  These are my main problems with using the product, so please advise when you will support WinME so I can try another round of installation and, perhaps this time, the functionality will be so improved as to enable me to overcome my prior trepidations.  By the way, I have been using Code forever (it seems), even back to the days when it was an OS/2 ONLY product, so I have not as yet given up on you.  I am just many years of frustation dealing with it.  But I continue to use it, so you must be doing SOMETHING right!

Thanks for letting me vent....

Correction, I should have written V4R5M1,SP1 below....
My fingers were getting a little ahead of schedule there :-)

If you can provide a scenario (and source if req'd) that I can reproduce your problem it on my machine with v5r1m1,sp1 on Win2K then it will get fixed....
