What happened to the IBMers on this list this week?

Last week, I posted a message regarding my troubles getting the STRCODE command
as well as the "E" edit command I have in PDM to work ever since I upgraded to
WDT 4.5.1. Late on Friday last week, an IBMer requested the joblog to be
posted. I did that Monday morning this week. So far there has been no response
by the IBMer requesting the post, nor any other IBMer. Here is the joblog post
again. I'm still stuck.

The reason I haven't posted that detail is the myriad of problems _others_ were
having with this install. I went back into the archives and tried everything I
could find as suggestions _there_ first. This is not my first post, however,
regarding troubles on this install.

Here is the job log:

strcode
The job's CCSID value is changed from 65535 to 00037 while the STRCODE
  command is active.
Default information for STRCODE retrieved successfully.
A TCP/IP communications error occurred.
Unable to start TCP/IP connection with the workstation.

Yes. I always have. What should I have for my current library?
