That's why when you first enquired on this list I suggested that you hire
someone who has "been there before" because for the sake of paying them

four or five days you could have had all of these issues resolved long

No offense taken. Actually we do have an IBMer on contract to help us with 
this project. But, because we are a small company and an ESOP, it is my 
responsibility to only invoke his help when I am stuck or cannot get the 
answers from any other source and need more one-on-one direction. This list, 
like other lists I participate in, is an excellent resource because smart 
people like yourself are willing to share their knowledge because they know 
that next time it may them that is on the needing end. Thanks again for your
