I might be able to get you started. Over in http://www.iseriesnetwork.com/resources/code/misccode/cobolcode/ there is a downloadable labeled: Standardizes and colorizes Cobol source It is a routine that we use in-house. It parses cobol out and extracts the reserved words separately. There is a readme with it and all the source (ILE cobol and clle and cmd) that goes with it.
