Yes, I did check the item numbers on the order and they are inventory items with inventory and they are lot controlled also. The order actually does pick in the system as the status flag moves to position 2 on the header and line, but I don't get a picking slip.

Have you checked if the item is an inventory item or not. If it is a non-inventory item it may not print the pick ticket.
