By any chance is it getting printed as hard copy on a remote printer somewhere and getting deleted from the spool queue that you are looking into?

Yes, order type is 1 (regular order), order class = 4 and pick slip is valid for this class.

I also checked the IPP table where PDDREF = order#. There were some active ID records there so I changed the status to 'PZ' I thought that was it so I unpicked the order and tried to pick it again.
Still nothing.

Ted. Is the pick slip selected to print for the order class you are using?
Check ORD170

Subject: [BPCS-L] No Records Qualify

Hello,
Does anyone know why I would not get a pick slip from program ORD550? I do not get spool file ORD550O1, just ORD550O3, ORD550O4, and ORD550O5 that say no records qualify. The sales order status moves to picked but no pick ticket.
Seems like I have had this happen a long time ago but can't remember why.

Thanks,
