I found the ZPD record and the status is 'PZ' Tried to regenerate the pick slip by picker number and the spool file says: No records qualified for report based on entered selection criteria.
No ORD550O1 spool file only ORD550O3, O4, and O5.

I think it will be easier to have sales re-enter the sales orders. There are only 3 or 4 missing. Strange how they will not pick. Something has to have a flag preventing it somewhere.

Look for the records in ZPD by by pick number from IPP. If you find a record, check the record ID. If it is "PD", the program was not executed or did not complete normally. If that is the case, change record IDs for all ZPD records for the workstation to "PZ" and try either picking it again or use document regeneration, ORD798D1 to print pick slip again.

Yes, I did check the item numbers on the order and they are inventory
items with inventory and they are lot controlled also. The order actually
does pick in the system as the status flag moves to position 2 on the
header and line, but I don't get a picking slip.

Have you checked if the item is an inventory item or not. If it is a
non-inventory item it may not print the pick ticket.

Hello,
Does anyone know why I would not get a pick slip from program ORD550? I
do not get spool file ORD550O1, just ORD550O3, ORD550O4, and
ORD550O5 that say no records qualify. The sales order status moves
to picked but no pick ticket.
Seems like I have had this happen a long time ago but can't remember why.
