Hi Rob

I'm just going off the opening message as I try open the program-this is my first time working with this software and can't seem to get details from anyone where I'm based, on it. Its rather unfamiliar to me as I am used to working on SAP but need to get up to speed on this system now

I presumed that was the release version on the opening screen but could well be wrong-the icon is named AS400 and am told the software is BPCS-that's about as much info I'm able to ge-no one can give me a version name or number.

thanks

1 - Was there any BPCS 5 versions? I think they skipped 5.
Let me ask you this. You didn't by chance have a 'green' 5250 display session on your PC and click Help, About and see that it's running Personal Communications 5.9 did you? That's the only place I can guess you've seen that. If so, that's meaningless. Don't feel foolish, many people from a PC background make that mistake. I can try to give you some hints on how to find which version of BPCS you are on but most of my suggestions that immediately come to mind are blocked by end users.
2 - What does "Windows (Iseries)" mean? Either Windows, or, iSeries? Or are you saying Windows and iSeries are the same?
