I received CPA3303 - reason code 5 Attributes of the file not supported - because of the IGCDTA *Yes

I took a "G" to this and after about 5 of 28 pages received a
CPF5418 - Message . . . . : Transmit not allowed until previous response for device
PRT03 is received.
Cause . . . . . : There was an internal system failure. Recovery . . . :
Close the files and try the request again. If the problem occurs again,
enter the ANZPRB command to run problem analysis.

Infor has a document that says to change the device configuration to Transform *Yes. I have been trying to determine the manuf/model to select and what *WSCST. Looking at the ASCII printer document the Printronix printer uses the QWPDEFAULT. Have been experimenting with this today.

I have talked to Infor support, IBM support and BosaNova support.

This is just the vanilla A/P check program.

I would like to know if anyone is using a line printer to print checks. (Twinax,lan,ipds...) If I were to buy a new printer, I don't know what to look for.

I have seen in the archive that this has been a problem for others - just trying to not reinvent the wheel.

Do you have the writer joblog? I'd like to know why the writer ended.

Honestly, we haven't had a twinax printer in a decade or longer but I'd be
hardpressed to find that the reason was because the CCSID of the files
changed. IBM's supported multilingual for a long time.
