I've implemented a CRM system for a couple of clients in Europe that
includes a quote management process that's certainly worth looking at. It's
a product called MSS and is fully integrated at 6.04,6.1 and LX. Originally
commissioned by SSA , its developed and supported by X1-Solutions in
Atlanta. The product has a range of modules including Quote Centre,
Marketing Centre, e-Commerce and B2B and really delivers a ton of benefits
in the Customer Service arena.
