My company has used Turnover for 18 years. It is a very good product,
and it has met our needs very well.
We do not use AS/SET, so I cannot comment on how well Turnover works in
that environment. At one point many years ago, we investigated using
AS/SET, but felt that it was far too complicated and didn't deliver many
benefits. At the same time we took a preliminary look at Set/Turn, but
didn't pursue it once we decided not to install AS/SET.
My company is on version 5.1 of BPCS, which we century-dated ourselves.
Best regards,
Bob Hermann

No practical knowledge as we do not use change management, but I've
repeatedly heard bad things about TurnOver. David, who runs the list,
works for MKS and I think he is a developer on for their change
management system. There are a few more out there and I'm sure you'll
see some vendor responses... just hang tight :D

[BPCS-L] Change Management Systems
Does anyone use TurnOver with Set/Turn. Set/Turn is the TurnOver AS/SET
interface. Apparently KDP Software owns the rights to Set/Turn and will
no longer allow Unicom/SoftLanding to provide technical support or
maintenance.
Also, what other change management systems is everyone using.
