Back when we were looking at migrating to 6.1 of i and realized that
TurnOver and KDP were in a pi$$ing contest we decided to change our change
management software from TurnOver to MKS. I could let you talk to a
couple of developers here. You will hear good and bad. Including one who
was involved in selecting TurnOver in the first place and I think that's
part of his reason for dislike of change.

You will save a chunk of change in maintenance also, which, times being
what they are was not an insignificant factor in our decision.

I will say this about TurnOver, they've had the coolest t-shirts at
COMMON.
