Our experience with Infor training and helpline support has been
positive. Much better than the private firm with the ex-employees that
we fired.

I would encourage the original poster to talk to Infor.

My experience has shown me that infor has preferred to sell Baan and
syteline in preference to BPCS.
This has lead to a major divestment in BPCS consultants that had years
of
experience in implementations and problem solving.
The consultants that infor now supply are light weight and usually from
either sales or another product set.
I have found it best to track down the ex-employees or the private
companies
that they now work for.
