Several have asked what BPCS version we are using.
Specifically we're interfacing with both 6.0 and 8.n. And "interfacing" is
the key.
Warehouse personnel are using a non-BPCS application (browser based) in
support of their daily function. Two of their daily processes involve
transferring material to their work station and then allocating portions of
that transferred material to specific sales orders before actually packing
the material. Some of the originally transferred material may be returned
to stock.
Rather than having warehouse personnel operating off 2 sessions - one for
the warehouse application and one for BPCS - we'd like to have the transfer
and allocation transactions passed to BPCS from within the proprietary
warehouse app.
How do we do this?

I beleive you can drive the allocation transaction through Snapi( if you are
using LX).
Which BPCS version are you using?

Does anyone on this list have experience with automating the BPCS Transfer
or Allocation "transactions"? If so please contact me off list to discuss
your experience and its applicability to a current challenge.
