Hi Roy,
Age old technique but works like a dream. Write the allocation details from the Web browser Warehouse interface into the NIN file meber warehouse. Call Cimm600 with correct parameters and all transactions will be posted without any problem. Moreover any error transactions can be corrected as they still reside in the NIN file and processed with put problem.
We use it extensively for Integration with MQ series, web interfaces and any thing to do with integrating external Inventory transaction to BPCS.
If you want code samples/details about how it is done you can conatct me offline.
Also CIM600 Has few bugs which we fixed in house as SSA/INFOR does not support CIMPATH(God knows why).
Make sure you are upto the latest BMR on CIM600. The only problem is CIM600 has everything bulid into it and a monster of a program to do bug fixes. Also it has an external indicator(set thorugh job switches) to make it work in Interactive as well as batch mode.Or
The other option which we do for automated allocation and billing for 3rd Party warehouse despathches which comes via edi is to run a program to populate EWR and ELA and call ord570B in batch mode with correct parameters.

Hope this helps. Thanks & RegardsDebasish The past, it's a story. The future, it's a mystery. The present, it is a gift.IBM System i - For when you can't afford to be out of business.
