Teunis,

If you press F20 at PO line level, you can maintain the price source code
to 4 (manually entered zero price), and then you can create PO with zero
expected cost. I know this works on 6.1.01. YOu still need to 'cost' the PO
most probably with manual C transaction.

Dear All we are on 4.05CD would like to know how to create a purchase
order in order to receive material even though the supplier is sending it
as a no charge sample and no invoice.  We currently cannot close a
Purchase Order without costing it.  When creating the PO it will not allow
you to create without a cost.
