We are using LOCKSMITH archival tool for BPCS. Using this tool should resolve 
your problem. If you don't want to use any tool you may need to develop 
Archival tool at your end to purge data more than 52 weeks older.

 We r using BPCS 6.04 on AS400.
 Server Hard Disk is filled upto 90%.
 I want to purge data for specific period. (i.e. from 01-04-1999 to 31- 03-2003.

 can anyone tell me how to purge this data.
