We set up a separate Warehouse for our Service stocks. That way, when we look at orders, we know what they are for. You could also categorise them using different Facilities or Locations. Our problem is that a service item and a production item has the same item number and we need a way to tell the difference. We though of using item type but IIM does not allow for duplicate item numbers. Thanks in advance.
