I forgot to mention.
If you are on SSA OSG there is a wealth of on-line reference material ... like BPCS_L archives. If you are not on SSA OSG, ask whoever provides your company with BPCS help support what kind of equivalent stuff they offer 
* BPCS newsletters
* BPCS tips & techniques
* Step by step guidance on running various tasks, like end month
Lots of it is proprietory, like what SSA offers its clients.
I have found that if you use Client Access and the 'Receive File from Host' option, you can down load any of the seu manuals to a word document. You can then edit and print it out to put in binders for your reference and guidance. You are not violating any copyright rules nor software rights since you have purchased it when you bought the software. This is available based on availability of source and that is based on your contract.
