I have found that if you use Client Access and the  'Receive File from Host' 
option, you can down load any of the seu manuals to a word document. You can 
then edit and print it out to put in binders for your reference and guidance. 
You are not violating any copyright rules nor software rights since you have 
purchased it when you bought the software. This is available based on 
availability of source and that is based on your contract.

I can see the issue of not copying Courseware, but is there not a User's Manual 
or User's Guide available that is generally available to all BPCS users by 
virtue of their license? Or is the online help text the only reference 
available? Years ago there was a set of Word documents floating around in the 
user community that were basically the online helpfiles reformatted.

SSA Does not allow to distribute any soft copy of BPCS user manual. 

The only allowed are the hard one if you take a specified BPCS course. 

If you will have, you are not allowed to take. 

Anyway is up to your conscience.
