We were one of the early adopters of their package back in 1998/1999. We found that the expense of utilizing and maintaining the application was not worth the benefit thus abandoned their tool in 2004 and built our own application. It was not a difficult application to build and the primary benefits were lower cost (by eliminating their 15 K plus per year OGS fees) and an application which tied better into our processes.
