This may depend on version of BPCS. In BPCS 405 CD it has to be done for each and every user.However, security only applies to the 1st 3 letters of the program name, so for example we have a REPORT that is prefixed CAP300 that anyone who can run CAP300 can run, without having to update their security.

I asked a question similar to this before, but not for all users. I want to add a new program to a menu and let it be available to all users. Do I have to go into each users security and add them to this program or is there one place for all users?
