Has anyone else experienced a problem where they can not get allocations to 
happen when running ORD550x.  It will not allocate for any orders & any items 
at all.  Also the Batch Allocations (ORD400x) program will not allocateThe only 
way we can get allocations in is to run ORD700xx and take the auto-allocate 
option there?
