Hi Wendy. The "B" transaction is generated from the pick confirm transaction and I am assuming that the GUI transaction that your shipping department doesn't like is the dispatch step. You really need to create and enforce a procedure for cancelling orders on the floor if this is what is really happening. The "B" transaction is a huge transaction in the system that updates many files and as you are describing takes a lot of effort to correct. A procedure to handle this scenario, such as pick confirming a 0 quantity to get an order back to entered status and ready for deletion is preferable to all the steps that you are performing. A change in version will require the same steps. The difference will be that the programs will reside on the server instead of on the PC in a fat client application.
