You won't get the load restored and yes it was deleted. I would think that you can still assign the order to a load if it was not already confirmed. If the status is still 00100, then you should be able to pull the order up and assign it to a load. Just keep in mind that the load is different than the order. The system may require you to just dispatch the order which will automatically assign the load number.
