Problem in Load Control Center module

Hi all,

 

We are on BCPS 6.1

One of our users generated a Pick Confirm process on an order, 

Then he tried to generate a ship confirm for the same order using "Load
Control Center" module,  (he assigned an order to a Load)

Finally he pressed "Un/Remove" in the "Load Detail" screen from Session
Manager (screen where we see all the orders assigned to a specific Load)

 

By doing this we can't no longer make the ship confirm, since the load was
deleted, and we can not assign the order to another load (the order is not
shown anywhere)

I queried LLL, LLX and LLH and the load is not there.

 

What can I do to restore the Load-Customer Order and be able to do the ship
confirm?
