[BPCS-L] CustomerOrderGw SMG question

Happy New Year all!
We are running version 6.1.01 Informix with SMG's, and specifically the 
Customer Order Entry gateway.
Our development environment works fine, but production is returning a strange 
error - here is an excerpt:

Does anyone have any advice?  (Also, the quantity in this case is not zero at 
all).
