We have been in discussion with SSA concerning getting back on OGS.  In
that, we have discussed several what-if scenarios in the mean time.  During
a conference call with our SSA sales rep, he mentioned that in a worse-case
scenario, they would supply us with a temporary key.  This was a verbal
commitment and we have seen nothing in writing.

I would contact an SSA sales rep and get them to commit to something.
Unfortunately, you will probably receive a lot of pressure to get back on
OGS and may not get anything in writing.
