Contact Bristol-Myers Squibb in New Jersey about their validation of BPCS.
I was on the IBM Implementation team that did the setup and testing for the 
FDA compliance and also for their European counterpart. Another person to talk 
to is Les Mittman who is on this list. He and I worked together for BMS doing 
the testing to insure that BPCS was Y2K compliant and worked for the FDA 
requirements.
