Hi Folks,
We are on V61.1.01 and are having a tuff time with material posting via SFC650.
Here is the scenario:

Post Item: AAA, Lot #: A01, Container #: A01 QTY: 100
result: as expected - BPCS creates the Lot & Cont. master records correctly.

Then: we issue out to next level shop order.
result: as expected - BPCS adjusts the Qty in the Lot master and Cont. master.
But does not clear the Lot & Item #'s from the cont. master.
Container status : Reusable = 0
Available = 0

This is still OK.
Therefore, our assumption is that the cont. is now available to receive any
item, lot or qty.

Then: we post Item: BBB, Lot #: A02, (to the same)Container #: A01 QTY: 500
result: BPCS creates lot master (Lot A02) , the Cont master qty and lot fields
are updated correctly, however item is not changed.

We have also tried Maintaining (API140) the Cont. master before the second
post, resulting in all relevant fields cleared, except we get the same result
as before with the item not changing only this time it is blank.

So to conclude, are we missing something here, a flag, a system parm?

Thanks in advance, Gord

.end
