You can also access by GO CMDPDM option SIX with BPCSDOC up top and of course *LIBL.
If you add any documents to BPCSDOC via WRKMBRPDM you have to regenerate the index for them to show up via the DOC menu, whose access needs a person to have SYS security.

Also you can check the SSA Logic Manual which is in the BPCS
libraries and can be accessed from the DOC menu, it is called SSALOG00. If
you can't see it there you may need to take the option to regenerate the
index.
