Rick we are also on BPCS 405 CD. The official documentation is a bit spotty.

The source code for the files is in QDDSSRC of BPCS405CDS so you could review the definitions for active only logicals by file, but not all files structured that way. There is a master SSA directory of fields, which you could search for those containing the string ID. Many files when you look at them internally do show some information about ID but not all the kinds available.

For example: RUNQRY *N FOD
You can do that for ANY BPCS file to dump contents to your screen
but do not do ENTER, do F4 and on the bottom line change *NO to *YES which gives you the selection screen showing the ID with the kinds identified there.
Do a selection for all NLIST the two labeled to see what you have in the file other than those identified, then if you see a bunch with the same id, F12 and increase the NLIST, to see what's left. By that kind of experimentation you can see what IDs exist by file.

Some files do not appear to have any logically deleted records ... they must go away instantaneously. Many files with logical deletions are removed via SYS120 reorg, while many files you have to write your own software to handle the deletions.

I suspect that the Overview Reference Manual for BPCS from DS Solutions has a complete list for V6, which is probably good enough for most of us.
