A few good things about MKS, 1) You can checkout AS/SET programs and move them thru the different AS/SET application sets using Implelmentor. So, you can have 1 AS/SET application set devoted to Production and using Implementor you can checkout a program to an AS/SET application set devoted to Development and then to test. Helps with AS/SET Source integrity in the development life cycle when MKS moves programs between application sets. 2) You can have different OS/400 levels between production and development AS/400s and still have MKS promote objects to correct OS/400 Level.
