We reviewed a couple change management packages. Bottom line, given our size 
(12 developers; give or take), we elected to write our own.

We are on version 6.1.01 of BPCS - mixed mode, with most of our enhancements
and new development being written in AS/SET, and the remainder in RPG.  We
are looking for positive and negative feedback which anybody may have
experienced using either "Implementer" by MKS or "TurnOver" by Soft Landing.
After searching the Archives, there were a few threads on each, but they
were a couple years old and rather short.
