Hello All! Debbie's right, there's way too much to cover in an email or a quick conversation and the use of an ECM-familiar consultant would be highly recommended. I've never attended any of the ECM training, but instead used to the consultant (Bob Pascoe at JGI) to gather the knowledge I required to get the job done. Once he left, I relied on the help files Debbie refers to. Yes, you will get many grey hairs at first, but once it's running, you can pretty-much forget about it. Good Luck!
