Debbie's right, there's way too much to cover in an email or a quick
conversation and the use of an ECM-familiar consultant would be highly
recommended.

I've never attended any of the ECM training, but instead used to the
consultant (Bob Pascoe at JGI) to gather the knowledge I required to get
the job done. Once he left, I relied on the help files Debbie refers to.

Yes, you will get many grey hairs at first, but once it's running, you can
pretty-much forget about it.
