Select Add-Ins from the Tools menu. Make sure the box for Client Access Data
Transfer is checked.

Does someone know how to add the import / transfer option to the excel
toolbar?

I did it once and can't find my notes. Within Excel you can do a file
transfer to the worksheet cells.
